Stanley Startups is a structured, multi-stage, multi-year summer youth business incubator designed to help young people move beyond hustle culture and into real entrepreneurship.
Right now, many kids believe entrepreneurship means going viral, becoming an influencer, or chasing rapid growth online. That model often leads to burnout, comparison, and disappointment.
Stanley Startups offers something different.
We teach students how to:
This is not a simulation.
It is not a business game.
It is not hustle culture.
It is real-world value creation.
Participants receive $100 in seed capital and move through a 10-week incubator that includes market interviews, prototype development, customer testing, and public selling.
What differentiates Stanley Startups is our framework called the Stanley Certified Commitments.
Students are introduced to:
We teach that growth is not inherently good or bad — it must be thoughtful.
We embrace failure as data.
We encourage pivots.
We protect experimentation under mentorship.
Stanley Startups is designed as a progressive multi-year, multi-stage pathway:
Explorer → Builder → Professional
We want to introduce the excitement of entrepreneurial ideation for young participants. Older participants can earn larger seed investment, advanced mentorship, and access to a newly forming member cooperative, Stanley’s Kitchen, for food production ventures.
Our goal is not to produce child CEOs.
Our goal is to cultivate capable, resilient, community-rooted entrepreneurs who understand both profit and responsibility.
Stanley Startups builds businesses — but more importantly, it builds people.
